Playdate with Forest!

Amelie and Mallory went to visit their good buddy Forest. We had a lovely morning (such a beautiful day) playing outside. Mallory really loved Forest's dogs!!

Meet Solomon

We have a new buddy to play with! Solomon will hopefully be starting full time with us soon. Today was our trial day and he fits right in. Such a cutie! The girls love him.

A Week in Vermont

The girls and I went to Vermont on Valentines after I got off work and stayed with Mimi and Pepere. We hung out (in our pjs, mostly) around the woodstove and enjoyed the peacefulness of not having any were to be. Mimi brought out all of Micks old Barbies the girls really loved, and of course we LOVED all of Mimi's yummy cooking. Then we met Keith at our friends house in White River (VT) on Friday. We went to a Dartmouth vs. Colgate hockey game. It was a tie. The girls had a blast, even Mallory enjoyed watching the players on the ice. The next morning, the boys took Georgia and Amélie to an indoor Aquatic park. Needless to say, that went over big with the girls. (Meanwhile I just had to try this bathing suit on Mallory - even though she didn't go swimming) After swimming, we headed to Montpelier to stay at Gereds Mom's house. From there the girls learned to X-country ski. The cutest thing I have ever seen. They both did an amazing job. The evening was filled with a yummy dinner and a game of Clue. The next day the adults went out for downhill skiing while the girls and I got all packed up and ready for the trip home. All in all, an amazing Winter Vacation.
