Georgia's First Field Trip

The school took the kids to the Cumberland County Fair. Georgia's favorite part was, "the whole day". (My friend Alison was there chaperoning and took these shots for us.) So fun!

Round two of new baby pictures.

A new baby!

Mallory Annette Gosselin cried her way into this world around 9am this morning.  A teeny bit bigger at birth than her sisters Georgia and Amélie, she weighed in at 7lbs 11oz with a full head of really dark hair.  At 19 1/2”, she’s not going to be riding any amusement coasters soon.

Kristyle says she had Amélie’s facial features and Georgia’s hair.  Personality to be determined.

Mom is doing well, tired after spending the night working her way into serious labor.  Around 5 or so, the contractions started getting heavy.  A hot shower an d a blue birthing ball later and things were really moving.  Much easier than Georgia, who took forever, and little inducable Amélie.  Happily no complications and Mallory took to breastfeeding instantly.

If you’re in the Portland area and near Mercy hospital and would like to drop by, we’d love to see you anytime later this afternoon or tomorrow.

Georgia's First Day of School!

Aside from the bus not showing up this morning, the first day went great!! Georgia said her favorite part was going to music. And she said that she can't wait to be line leader. She also said she got sit next to Chloe and Maddie at lunch today. She was so excited!!

Back to School Bar-b-Que!

Georgia's school hosted a bar-b-que to kick off the new year. We got to meet Georgia's teacher and see her classroom, as well as take a quick bus ride around the block! So exciting!! School starts Tuesday :)

At the Lake with Friends

The girls friends Mattea and Petra invited us out to the cabin they've been vacationing at for a day of fun at the lake. The girls had a blast!!

Georgia and Amelie were in the Portland Monthly Magazine!! We went with their friends Mattea and Petra to the First Friday Art Walk back in June and someone thought they were pretty cute. I agree. (bottom left picture)

Bonding

Amelie and Little Poppy are already bonding! She fell asleep on the belly, so cute.
