Annual Block Party

Our neighborhood (the best ever) puts on the Annual Block Party. It was our first year, and we can't wait for next year. What fun!! We had face painting, a bounce house, a parade, a fire truck, a pool, water sprinklers, food, live band, balloons, and lots and lots of fun...

2nd Annual Storyland Trip

The girls and I headed up to NH on Friday night to help Mattea celebrate her 5th birthday. This is our second trip, although this year we had to move it sooner to August due to, well, me being due. We stayed in a motel, shopped and had dinner on Friday night. Then spent the day on Saturday at Storyland! So fun :D The only challenging part was not being able to ride the rides because of the belly! Thank goodness Catherine stepped in and took the girls on the rides for me.

A visit from friends in VT

Our friend Bonnie stayed with us recently for an Academy Alumni Event at Peaks Island. She was able to bring her grandson Rex along, which of course the girls were so very excited about. Georgia, Amelie and Rex made very quick friends and were sad to have to part. Hopefully we can have them over much more often.
